  • SEO & Performance: Basic on-page SEO, speed optimization, image compression, caching.

  • Handover: Admin credentials, documentation, training video or PDF.

Project Workflow

  1. Kickoff & Requirement Gathering — fill brief and share assets.

  2. Design Phase — wireframes and mockups for approval.

  3. Development — build on staging, internal QA.

  4. Testing & Optimization — cross-device tests, speed checks, SEO basics.

  5. Delivery & Training — site goes live, handover documents and optional maintenance.

Maintenance & Support

Available as add-ons: backups, security monitoring, updates, and content edits. Response times depend on selected plan.

Hosting & Backups

We can host or advise on hosting. Backups are recommended weekly (or daily for high-traffic sites). We provide a backup strategy during the onboarding.

Technical Requirements & Access

To work on your project we typically need: hosting access (cPanel/SSH), domain DNS access, FTP/SFTP, and admin credentials for third-party platforms.
